Jacob M. Burg is a shareholder at Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh & Jardine, P.C., based in Englewood, Colorado, where his practice is focused on personal injury litigation. Since becoming a licensed attorney in Colorado in 2014, Jacob has handled complex personal injury cases with a focus on advocacy for the seriously injured.

Mr. Burg earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan (2011) and obtained his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law (2014). While at the University of Denver, Mr. Burg served as the Vice President of the Student Trial Lawyers Association. Prior to joining Burg Simpson, Mr. Burg served as a legal intern for Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper's Office of Legal Counsel.

Community Involvement

• Mr. Burg has served as a member of the Craig Hospital PUSH event planning committee and has been actively involved since 2018. Craig Hospital is a Denver-based hospital world-renowned as a premier center for specialty rehabilitation and research for people with spinal cord injury and traumatic brain injury.
• Mr. Burg is on the Board of Directors of the Brain Injury Association of Colorado (BIAC).
• Mr. Burg is also a member of the Colorado Bar Association Legal Fee Arbitration Committee.
